Remove sensingelement (1) with attached rubber bushings (6).FTo remove 24 mounting and clip assemblies (4), remove from each: onescrew (7) and one lockwasher (8). Discard lockwashers.INSTALLATIONCAUTIONWhen hand shaping sensing element for installation, donot damage sensing element by crushing or too muchbending (allowable radius - 6 inches minimum). Ensure1/2 inch to 3/4 inch clearance between sensing elementand personnel heater exhaust tube.A Install 24 rubber bushings (6) spacing equally along length of sensingelement (1).BIf removal install 24 mounting and clip assemblies (4) on 24 enginecompartment clip assembly mounts, securing each one screw (7) and onenew lockwasher (8).C Install sensing element. Shape sensing element (1) by hand to fit in enginecompartment. Route sensing element correctly through front portion ofengine compartment.
