Remove locknut (13), washer (14), screw (15), and catch (16) from cover (17). Discard locknut.

Remove four screws (18), washers (19), and cover (17) from box (4).
ASSEMBLY
Install cover (17) on box (4). Secure with four washers (19) and screws (18).

Install catch (16) on cover (17). Secure with screw (15), washer (14), and new locknut (13).
