TM9-4350-261-20-2 4. Disconnect three power plant wiring harness connectors (1) from driver’s compartment 5. 6. 7. 8. bulkhead. The differential is heavy. Have helper help you or use a lifting device. Attach a suitable lifting device of at least 600 lb. (227 kg) capacity and lifting sling (2) to two differential lifting eyes. Remove three retaining clips (3) and three pins (4) from differential hull mounts. Remove differential (5) from carrier. Remove three mounts (6) from differential (5), using remover and replacer (7). I N S T A L L 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. Install three mounts (6) in differential (5). Use remover and replacer (7). Attach a suitable lifting device of at least 500 lb. (227 kg) capacity and lifting sling (2) to two differential lifting eyes. Lower differential into carrier. Install three pins (4) through differential and hull mounts. Secure with three retain- ing clips (3) Remove lifting sling (2) from differential (5). connect three connectors (1) bulkhead. power plant wiring harness at driver’s compartment GO TO NEXT PAGE 21-21 w a r n i n g
