Discard Iockwashers.Apply AC power to the SICPS system,(see your -10 and TM 11-7010-256-12&P).Set AC TENT INTERFACE PANEL circuit breaker toON, (see TM 11-7010-256-12&P).Measure voltage between terminal 1 (4) of circuitbreaker CB10 (5) to anywhere on bus bar E4 (6). Re-peat measurement for terminal 2 (7) to bus bar E4.Does multimeter read 110 volts AC for eachmeasurement?GO TO N E X T P A GE1. Replace circuit breaker CB10(page 40.1-33).2.
