TM 9-2350-247-20-3REPLACE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR — Continued 0420 00INSTALLATION1. Place pivot post of windshield wiper motor (1) through hole in bracket (2).2. Install three screws (3) and six new lock washers (4) to secure windshield wiper motor (1) to bracket (2). Place washerson each side of bracket. Do not tighten screws.3. Slide clamp (5) over end of windshield wiper motor (1). Secure clamp to bracket with screw (6) and new lock nut (7).Tighten all screws.4. Place end of link (8) on pivot post of windshield wiper motor (1). Install washer (9) and clip (10) on pivot post.5. Install capacitor (11) on weldnut (12) with screw (13).6. Pull nipple (14) back and install washer (15), lead (16), washer (15), and capacitor lead (17) on screw (18). Install screwin windshield wiper motor (1).FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS1. Connect battery negative lead(s) (WP 0292 00).2. Check windshield wiper motor for proper operation.3. Turn windshield wiper switch OFF (see your -10).END OF TASK0420 00-3/4 blank
