REPLACE ENGINE GROUND LEAD (M548A3) -- Continued

REMOVAL
1.
Remove nut (1) and engine ground lead (2) from terminal (3) on starter.
2.
Remove screw (4), lock nut (5), two washers (6), and clamp (7). Discard lock nut.
3.
Remove tiedown strap (8) from ground lead (2) and engine wiring harness. Discard strap.
4.
Remove screw (9), lock washer (10), and engine ground lead (2) from the carrier. Discard lock washer.
