INSPECTION
NOTE
Always replace both drive belts as a matched set.
1.
Inspect both drive belts for broken, frayed, or cracked condition. Replace drive belts that show defects.
INSTALLATION
1.
Install two drive belts (1) on pulley (2), pulley (3), and coolant pump (4).
2.
Tighten two cap screws (5 and 6) to 30-35 lb-ft (40.7-47.5 Nm) securing coolant pump idler adjusting bracket (7) on
engine (8).
FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS
1.
Adjust coolant pump idler pulley (WP 0225 00).
2.
Install power plant rear access panel (see your -10).
