Install rod bearing (1) on connecting link (2) with at least half of its threads engaged and tighten nut (3) against
connecting link (2).
NOTE
Do not tighten new lock nut (4) on connecting link (2) end with spring. Just make sure it is
engaged on the threads so it will not fall off.
10. Install spring (5) on connecting link (2). Place threaded end with spring into headed pin (6) on upper connecting link (7).
Secure with washer (8) and new lock nut (4).
11. Install rod bearing on connecting link (2) on top of engine governor throttle shaft lever (9). Secure with screw (10),
washer (11), and new lock nut (12).
12. Install rod bearing (13) with nut (14) on control rod (15). Engage half of the threads and tighten nut (14) against control
rod (15).
13. Install control rod (15) with the rod bearing under the lower connecting link (16). Secure with screw (17), washer (18),
and new lock nut (19).
14. Install control rod (15) on throttle pedal link (20). Secure with screw (21), washer (22), and new lock nut (23).
