1. Check for loose electrical connections.
2. Are all electrical connections clean and tight?

1. Clean and tighten faulty electrical
connections.
2. Verify no faults found.
Y
1. Remove harness connector (1) from flasher unit (2).
2. Measure resistance between pins (3) (A, C), and (B, C) (4).
Multimeter reading should be 0 ohms.
3. Does multimeter read 0 ohms in both positions?
YES
NO
YN
1. Replace turn signal flasher unit
(WP 0509 00).
2. Verify no faults found.
