INSPECTION-ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION CRITERIA
AIR COUPLINGS
NOTE
Except when the air brake couplings are connected to a towed load, make sure they are stowed
properly.
1.
Cutoff cocks closed (open if connected to a towed load).
2.
Dummy couplings installed (unless hoses are connected to a towed load).
3.
Inspect the hoses and couplings for damage or bad wear. If you find any damage, notify unit maintenance.
