17-15. IDLER SPROCKET ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (continued).
9.
Insert ends of shaft (19) through two flanged bearings (5).
10.
Install two flanged bearings (5) on two takeup plates (7) with four screws (1), new Iockwashers (2), and
washers (3).
11.
Aline sprocket assembly (15) with center of takeup-end section (6) and tighten two screws (17).
12.
Tighten four setscrews (4)on two flanged bearings (5).
FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE:
l Install roller assembly (para 17-10).
l Install conveyor chain assembly (para 17-17).
