15-60. DRAIN PLUGS AND COVERS REPLACEMENT.

Hot engine can burn you. To avoid injury, allow engine
to cool before removing engine coolant drain plug, engine
oil drain plug, or transmission oil drain plug.
ENGINE COOLANT AND FUEL DRAIN PLUG REMOVAL
Remove three screws (7) and washers (6), large cover (5), and gasket
(4) from underside of vehicle hull (1). Discard gasket.
Position drain pan under hull opening to catch fluids.
NOTE
To remove engine coolant drain plug, do step 3. To
remove fuel drain plug, do step 4.
Remove engine coolant drain plug (8) and gasket (9) from reservoir (10).
Allow engine coolant to drain. Discard gasket.
Remove fuel drain plug (3) from elbow (2) and allow fuel to drain.
ENGINE COOLANT AND FUEL DRAIN PLUG INSTALLATION
NOTE
If engine coolant drain plug was removed, do steps 1 and 3.
If fuel drain plug was removed, do steps 1 and 2.
Install engine coolant drain plug (8) and new gasket (9) on reservoir.
Install fuel drain plug (3) on elbow (2).
Install new gasket (4) and large cover (5) on underside of vehicle hull (1)
with three screws (7) and washers (6).
