Remove nut (34), Iockwasher (35), and ground lead (33) from starter (36). Discard Iockwasher. Remove nut (31 ) and terminal AY (32) from starter (36). Remove nut (28), Iockwasher (29), and terminal AX (30) from starter (36). Discard Iockwasher. Disconnect STE/lCE wiring harness (27) from air box pressure transducer lead (21). Remove screw (23), washer (24), Iockwasher (25), and clamp (26) from engine (20). Discard Iockwasher. Cut tiedown straps (22) and remove STE/lCE wiring harness (27) from engine (20). Discard tiedown straps. Inspect harness for cracks, frays, and breaks. DISASSEMBLY Remove electrical insulation tape from wiring harness. Separate and isolate defective wiring harness wires. Repair or replace damaged wires. ASSEMBLY Regroup wiring harness wires. Secure with electrical insulation tape. 7-235
