9-4. FINAL DRIVE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (continued).

Position final drive assembly (4) against hull and secure with five screws (11), washers (14), new lockwashers
(9), and new self-locking nuts (13).
4.
Install seven screws (8) and new Iockwashers (9) in final drive assembly (4).
5.
Torque 12 screws (8 and 11) to 290 ft-lb (393 N•m).
6.
Remove hoist, lifting sling (15), eyebolt (16), and two guide pins (10) from final drive assembly (4).
7.
Install screw (12) in final drive assembly (4).
