INITIAL SETUP: Maintenance Level Unit Tools and Special Tools General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0926 00, Item 65) Materials/Parts Locknut (5) Lockwasher (3) Tie straps (5) Grommet Personnel Required Unit Mechanic References See your -10 Equipment Condition Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Ramp lowered (see your -10) Battery ground lead disconnected (WP 0338 00) Drop instrument panel. See replace panel mounts and ground lead. (WP 0295 00) REMOVAL 1. Remove screw (1), washer (2), locknut (3), and ground lead (4) from mount plate (5). Discard locknut. 2. Remove power cable (6) from air purifier (7) and switch (8) on circuit breaker and switch assembly (9). 3. Remove cable (10) from switch (8) and circuit breaker (11) on circuit breaker and switch assembly (9). 4. Remove cable (12) with grommet (13) from circuit breaker (11) on circuit breaker and switch assembly (9). 5. Remove two screws (14), four washers (15), two locknuts (16), and circuit breaker and switch assembly (9) from bracket (17). Discard locknuts. 0801 00-1
