Discardlocknuts.INSTALLATIONNOTERemove paint around mounting hole, beyond outside diameter of lockwasher. Installlockwasher against surface where paint was removed to ensure electrical grounding.1. Install bracket (1), four screws (2), eight washers (3), and four new locknuts (4) on welded frame (5).2. Install mount (6), four screws (7), eight washers (8), and four new locknuts (9) on bracket (1).3. Install four mounts (10), 16 screws (11), 32 washers (12), and 16 new locknuts (13) on welded frame (14).4. Install frame assembly (15), five screws (16), 10 washers (17), and five new locknuts (18) and (19) on five mounts (6)and (10). Do not tighten one outside locknut (18) for ground wire lead (20) connection.5. Insert ground wire lead (20) and tighten locknut (18).6. Place air purifier (21) in frame assembly (15) and close latch (22).7. Install three hoses (24) onto the air purifier (21).0774 00-2
