Attach lifting device to door lifting eye (11).WARNINGPower plant door contains a torsion spring assembly which could cause injury or death topersonnel. Door must be raised to neutral position before removing two screws from housing.37. Remove two screws (12), washers (13), and lockwashers (14) from housing (15). Save lockwashers.38. Rotate housing (15) toward top of carrier (counterclockwise) until second set of screw holes are aligned.39. Install two screws (12), washers (13), and lockwashers (14) in housing (15). Remove lifting device and lower powerplant door (10).40. Install armor plate (2) on power plant door (10) with four screws (16) and washers (17).0748 00-8
