INITIAL SETUP: Maintenance Level Unit Tools and Special Tools General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0926 00, Item 65) Materials/Parts Drive Screw Spring pin Personnel Required Unit Mechanic Equipment Condition Post assembly removed (WP 0742 00) NOTE All four posts are repaired in the same way. DISASSEMBLY 1. Remove drive screw (1) and bead chain (2) from post (3). Discard drive screw. 2. Open and remove S-hook (4) and bead chain (2) from pin (5). 3. Remove spring pin (6) from pin (5). Discard spring pin. 4. Remove pin (5) from post (3). 5. Remove two straps (7) from post (3). 0743 00-1
