INITIAL SETUP: Maintenance Level Unit Tools and Special Tools General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0926 00, Item 65) Personnel Required Unit Mechanic References See your -10 Equipment Condition Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Ramp lowered (see your -10) NOTE All four chains are removed and installed in the same way. REMOVAL 1. Disconnect four chain assemblies (1) at two S-hooks (2). 2. Remove four hooks (3) from four anchors by extending spring (4). Use hand or foot to extend spring. 3. Remove four hangers (5) and chain assemblies (1) from hull top. 0744 00-1
