TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE IDLER WHEEL ARM BEARINGS AND SEALS — Continued 0418 00 7. Place hub (1) on idler wheel arm (2). Completely pack cavity in hub with grease. 8. Pack outer bearing (3) with grease. Install bearing in hub (1). 9. Install washer (4) and nut (5) on arm (2). Tighten nut to adjust bearings as follows: a. TIGHTEN NUT (5) TO 140-150 LB-FT (190-203 N m) TORQUE. b. Back off nut (5) until there is no torque. c. TIGHTEN NUT (5) TO 70-75 LB-FT (95-102 N m) TORQUE. d. Back off nut (5) to align nearest cotter pin hole in nut with cotter pin hole in arm (2). 10. Install new cotter pin (6) in arm (7). 11. Install new gasket (8), hub cap (9), and four screws (10) in hub (1). 12. Fill hub (1) with grease (WP 0155 00). 0418 00-4
