Slide stop assembly (5) onto outside track of upper rear track (3). Position stop 4-3/4 to 3-3/4 inches (12.07 to 9.53 cm)from end of track. Secure stop with screw (4).5. Slide other stop assembly (5) onto inside track of upper rear track (3). Position stop 7/16 to 3/8 inches (1.11 to 0.95 cm)from end of track. Secure stop with screw (4).6. Install upper rear track (3) on hull. Secure with 24 screws (1) and washers (2). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 32-34 LB-FT(43-46 N m) TORQUE. Have helper assist.NOTEInstall rear shield on the right track first and alternate the other three shields. There should betwo shields on each track.7. Install four shields (1) and position them to the rear.8. Install lower front track (2) on hull. Secure with five screws (3) and washers (4). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 32-34 LB-FT(43-46 N m) TORQUE.9. Install lower front track (2) to support (5). Secure with five screws (6) and washers (7). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 32-34LB-FT (43-46 N m) TORQUE.NOTEIf stop assembly was removed in Step 3, do Step 10.10. Slide stop assembly (8) onto inside track of upper front track. Position stop 4-5/16 to 4-13/16 inch (10.95 to 12.22 cm)from end of track. Secure stop with screw (9).11. Install upper front track (10) on hull. Secure with 12 screws (11) and washers (12). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 32-34LB-FT (43-46 N m) TORQUE.0504 00-5
