Secure with screws (3) and nuts (2).2. Install new grommets (1) in battery box.3. Install one battery positive-to-positive cable (6) and one battery negative-to-negative cable (7) in battery box.4. Install one positive communication cable (8) through front opening in battery box to positive terminal on battery (9).Install one negative communication cable (10) through rear opening in battery box to negative terminal on battery (11).5. Insert end of vehicle power cable circuit 6 (12) and end of smoke obscurant system master power relay lead 6W21 (13)through front opening in battery box to positive terminal of battery (9) and vehicle shunt cable circuit 7 (14) through rearopening in battery box to negative terminal of battery (11).6. Insert ends of STE/ICE leads circuit 772 and 778 (15) through front opening in battery box and route to positive terminalof battery (9).7. Insert end of STE/ICE circuit 779 lead (16) through rear opening in battery box and route to negative terminal ofbattery (11).8. Install battery cables (17) and (18) on inward side of and between positive and negative terminal adapters (6) on batteries(9) and (19), (11) and (20).9. Secure leads to each battery terminal adapter (4) on batteries (9)(11)(19)(20) with cable mounting bolts (21) andnuts (22).10. Coat tops of eight battery terminal adapters with grease.0345 00-4
