1. Reconnect leads 19A and 19B to S1 position 2.
2. Set BLACKOUT ENABLE switch to upward position.
3. Measure resistance between terminal 2 (1) and terminal 3 (2) of
BLACKOUT ENABLE switch S1 (3).
4. Does multimeter read infinite ohms?
YES
NO

1. Faulty relay K5. Beyond unit
maintenance repair.
2. Notify supervisor.
