WINTERIZATION KIT, COOLANT HEATER REPAIR (CONTINUED)
M Replace quartz rod (12) if chipped or broken.
N
Replace heat exchanger (13) if cracked, or if casing is burnt
through.

Replace blower cover (14) if cracked, bent or distorted.
P
Replace blower wheel (15) if vanes are loose or broken.
I
Q Test motor assembly (16) for operation. Replace if defective.
R
Replace air elbow and plate assembly (17) if cracked,
damaged or distorted.
ASSEMBLY
Reverse order of disassembly.
