6-102 Change 2 TM 9-2350-267-20 ACCESSORY CONTROL BOX TO HEATER, BLOWERS, HULL LIGHTING CIRCUITS WIRING HARNESS (12351544): REMOVAL, DISASSEMBLY, ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION (CONTINUED) E Remove harness ground lug (11) by removing one screw (12) and two washers (13). F Disconnect harness connector 402A (14) from personnel heater fuel pump (15). G Disconnect harness plug (16) from personnel heater (17). H Disconnect two harness connectors 415 (18) from connectors on air cleaner blower motors (19). I Remove harness straps (20) that secure harness to vehicle by removing screws and washers. Do not remove other harnesses secured by straps. Replace hardware after harness removal. DISASSEMBLY NOTE Remove electrical tape only from section of harness to be disassembled. A Remove section of electrical tape from harness. B Separate and isolate wiring harness branches. C Disassemble wiring branch and replace defective wires (p 2-307). ASSEMBLY A Reassemble wiring branch. B Regroup wiring branches and secure with electrical tape (item 60, Appx D). INSTALLATION A Install harness straps (20). B Connect two harness connectors 415 (18) to connectors on air cleaner blower motors (19). C Connect harness plug (16) to personnel heater (17). TA57199
