FUEL SHUTOFF ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION (CONTINUED) REMOVAL INSTALLATION A Install, but do not tighten, nut (17) on cable (19). Install new lockwasher (20) against nut (17). B Remove quick-release pill (1). B Screw handle (18) onto cable (19) until headed section bottoms in handle. C Release S-hook and chain (2) from cable (3). Back off handle to horizontal position. D Remove cotter pin (4), clevis pill (5) and clevis (6). Discard cotter pin. C Secure handle (18) by tightening nut (17). E Remove rotter pin (7), straight pin (8), spring (9), Washer (10) and pulley D Insert cable (3) through driver's compartment bulkhead. (11). Separate pulley (11) and cable (3). Discard cotter pin. E Install FUEL SHUTOFF control assembly (16) with three screws (14) and F Remove two screws (12) and pulley bracket (13). three new lockwashers (15). G Remove three screws (14) and three F Install pulley bracket (13) With two screws (12). control assembly (16). Discard lockwashers. G Run cable (3) around pulley (11) and install on bracket (13) with straight pin H Remove control assembly (16) and attached cable (3) from vehicle. (8), spring (9), washer (10) and new cotter pin (7). I Loosen nut (17) on control assembly (16) by backing it away from handle H Install clevis (6) with clevis pin (5) and new cotter pin (4). (18). I Install S-hook and chain (2) on cable (3). J Remove handle (18) from cable (19). J Install quick-release pin (1). K Remove lockwasher (20) and nut (17). Discard lockwasher. K Close and secure air intake grille and driver's hatch. 5-11 Change 2 TM 9-2350-267-20
