Gagemust show 0 psi.CAUTIONCap hydraulic lines and ports immediately afterdisconnecting lines, to avoid entry of con-taminants into system.FDisconnect hose assemblies (1) from two adapters (18) andremove from vehicle.G Remove two adapters (18) from two bushings (19).H Remove two bushings (19) from elbows (20 and 21).IRemove elbows (20 and 21) from hydraulic motor.INSTALLATIONA Install elbows (20 and 21) in hydraulic motor.B Install two bushings (19) in elbows (20 and 21).C Install two adapters (18) in two bushings (19).REMOVALD Connect hose assemblies (1) to two adapters (18).A Disconnect two hose assemblies (1) from hydraulic controlE Install strap (17) to secure hose assemblies to conveyorpanel (2).pedestal, with one screw (14), one new lockwasher (15) and oneRemove two screws (3), two lockwashers (4), plate (5) and twoflat washer (16).Bgrommets (6) from crew compartment floor. DiscardF Position two grommets (13) and plates (9 and 12) where hoselockwashers.assemblies (1) pass through crew compartment floor. SecureC Remove two screws (7), two lockwashers (8) and plate (9) fromplate (9) with two screws (7) and two new lockwashers (8).Secure plate (12) with two screws (10) and two newcrew compartment floor. Discard lockwashers.lockwashers (11).D Remove two screws (10), two lockwashers (11), plate (12) andG Position plate (5) and two grommets (6) where hose assembliestwo grommets (13) from crew compartment floor. Discardlockwashers.pass through crew compartment floor and secure plate withtwo screws (3) and two new lockwashers (4).ERemove one screw (14), one lockwasher (15), one flat washer(16) and strap (17).
