Once in position, installBLoosen two setscrews (1 and 2) from each flanged bearingsprocket (19) on hub (20) and secure with lockscrews (17 andassembly (3 and 4).18). Do not tighten lockscrews.cRemove two screws (5), two lockwashers (6) and two flatDInstall spacer (15) on shaft (16).washers (7) from each flanged bearing (3 and 4).EInstall nut (24) on adjusting rod of both takeup plates (8 andD Remove two flanged bearings (3 and 4).9). Insert rod through bracket (23) and install nut (14).ERemove two takeup plates (8 and 9) by removing from each,FInsert ends of shaft (16) through takeup plates (8 and 9) andthree screws (10), three nuts (11), three lockwashers ( 12), sixsecure each plate to conveyor assembly by installing threeflat washers (13) and nut (14).screws (10), three lockwashers (12), six flat washers (13) andFnut (14).Remove spacer (15) from shaft (16).GInsert ends of shaft (16) through each flanged bearingG Remove two lockscrews (17 and 18), and tap sprocket (19)assembly (3 and 4) and secure each bearing to takeup plateloose from hub (20).with two screws (5), two lockwashers (6) and two flat washers(7).H Remove shaft (16), with sprocket (19), spacer (21) and hub(20) from conveyor assembly.H Aline sprocket ( 19) with center of conveyor and tighten twolockscrews (17 and 18).IRemove spacer (21) and sprocket (19) from shaft.IInstall and tighten four setscrews (1 and 2).JDrive hub (20) from shaft (16), and remove key (22).JInstall conveyor chain assembly (TM 9-2350-267-10).INSTALLATIONK Adjust conveyor chain tension (TM 9-2350-267-10).AInstall hub (20) and key (22) on shaft (16).BPosition sprocket (19) on shaft (16) but do not secure to hub(20).
