Install ground lead (1) and new lockwashers
(2) on upper support (3).
Install instrument panel (4) with two
mounts (5) on support (3). Secure with two
screws (6) and flat washers (7).
Install panel (4) on two struts (8). Secure
with two new locknuts (9), mounts (10 and
11), flat washers (12), and screws (13).
