REPLACE COOLANT HEATER EXHAUST ELBOW AND PIPES -- Continued

INSTALLATION
1.
Place clamp (1) on elbow (4). Install elbow on coolant heater. Tighten clamp.
2.
Place clamp (1) on lower pipe (3). Install pipe in elbow (4). Tighten clamp.
3.
Place clamp (1) on upper pipe (2). Install upper pipe in lower pipe (3). Tighten clamp.
4.
Align new gasket (7) and upper pipe (2) with exhaust grill housing. Secure with four washers (6) and screws (5).
FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS
Start coolant heater (see your -10). Check for exhaust leaks. Turn heater off.

Close power plant access door (see your -10).

Raise trim vane (see your -10).
Raise and lock ramp (see your -10).

Stop engine (see your -10).
