REPLACE COOLANT HEATER FUEL PUMP TO BULKHEAD CONNECTION

INSTALLATION
NOTE
Replacing a flareless fuel hose or tube assembly may also require new mating fittings such as
a tee, elbow, or adapter.
1.
Install hose (2) on elbow (5) and on coolant heater fuel pump (4).
2.
Secure coolant heater hose (2) to personnel heater hose (3) with ten straps (1).
FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS
1.
Open coolant heater fuel shutoff valve (see your -10).
2.
Start coolant heater (see your -10). Check for fuel leaks. Turn heater off.
3.
Bleed fuel lines (WP 0599 00).
4.
Install floor plates (WP 0436 00).
5.
Install personnel heater duct (WP 0617 00).
6.
Raise and lock ramp (see your -10).
7.
Stop engine (see your -10).
