Remove oil seal (6) from bearing cap (1). Discard seal.
6.
Mark edge of bearing cap (7) and housing (2) for later reassembly.
7.
Remove four screws (8), lock washers (9), bearing cap (7), and gasket (10) from housing (2). Discard lock washers
and gasket.
