18. Install governor lever (1), screw (2), and new lock nut (3) on bracket (4).
19. Install power plant wiring harness (5), two clamps (6), screws (7), washers (8), and new lock nuts (9) to bracket (10).
FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS

Install winch power takeoff (see your -20).
2.
Install power plant in carrier (see your -20).
