Ensureradiator is submerged before applying air pressure. Always wear safety goggles.1. Plug radiator outlet opening (4), filler opening (5), and vent openings. Use radiator test plug set.2. Connect regulated air supply from radiator test stand to inlet opening (6).3. Submerge radiator in radiator test stand. Apply 20-25 psi (138-172 kPa) air pressure to radiator.4.
