WARNING
Fuel fumes can explode and burn you. Before welding: Drain all fuel. Purge fuel residue and
fumes by steam cleaning. Purge air from separator tank with carbon dioxide or argon gas.

Direct carbon dioxide or argon gas into separator tank (1) at 30 to 60 cubic feet (0.8 to 1.7 cubic meters) per hour until
gas escapes from flange openings.
