TM 9-2350-247-20-3REPAIR HOIST ASSEMBLY — Continued 0485 006. Align load sheave bearing (8) on splined end of load sheave (9) with bore of suspension frame (3). Press load sheave (9)with load sheave bearing into bore of suspension frame (3) and load sheave bearing (1) into bore of suspension frame.Use drive pin punch. Install retaining ring (10) into groove of suspension frame. Use retaining pliers set.7. Install load chain and hook assembly (11), load chain stripper (12) with screw (13), and new lock washer (14) onsuspension frame (4).8. Install load chain guide (15) with two screws (16) and new lock washers (17) on suspension frame (4).9. Install chain link of load chain and hook assembly (11) on suspension frame (4) with chain end pin (18), washer (19),and new cotter pin (20).10. Install load gear (21) on load sheave (9) with retaining ring (22).11. Install gear cover (23), three screws (24) and new lock washers (25) on suspension frame (4).0485 00-9
