Secure slottednut with new cotter pin (6).2. Install assembled trolley lock (3) on bolt (7) with two washers (8) and one slotted nut (9). Secure slotted nut with newcotter pin (10).INSTALLATIONWARNINGHoist weighs 77 lb (35 kg). You could be seriously injured when installing hoist. Installation ofhoist requires two people.1. Install hoist (11) on beam (12). Tighten trolley lock handle (1). Have helper assist.2. Install four beam end stops (13) with two screws (14), washers (15), and new lock nuts (16).3.
