REPLACE ENGINE COOLANT HEATER EXHAUST SYSTEM (M548A1) — Continued

INSTALLATION
1.
Install moisture trap (1) in exhaust pipe (2). Secure with clamp (3).
2.
Place exhaust pipe (2) on coolant heater (4). Secure with clamp (5).
3.
Install exhaust pipe (6) over exhaust pipe (2). Secure with clamp (7).
4.
Secure exhaust pipe (2), exhaust pipe (8), and exhaust pipe (6) to two weld nuts (9) with two clamps (10), new lock nut
(11), six washers (12), and three screws (13).
5.
Place hood (14) on exhaust pipe (8) and exhaust pipe (6). Secure with three screws (15), new lock washers (16), and
nuts (17).
FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS
1.
Connect battery negative lead (WP 0292 00).
2.
Install top left access grille (WP 0390 00).
3.
Install engine coolant heater exhaust guard (WP 0479 00).
