REPLACE/REPAIR HEATER CONTROL BOX — Continued

Remove start switch from heater control box as follows:
a.
Remove six screws (1), lock washers (2), jumper 15-17 (3), lead 13-19 (4), jumper 21-14 (5), jumper 21-18 (6),
lead 14 (7), lead 19-2 (8), lead 19 (9), and lead 20 (10) from start switch (11).
b.
Remove nut (12), washer (13), and start switch (11) from heater control box (14).
4.
Remove HI-LO heater switch from heater control box as follows:
a.
Remove nut (15), lock washer (16), instruction plate (if applicable), and heater switch (17) from heater control box
(14). Discard lock washer.
b.
Remove two screws (18), lock washers (19), lead 13-19 (4), and lead 12B (20) from heater switch (17).
5.
Remove outlet receptacle from heater control box as follows:
a.
Remove three screws (21), lock washers (22), lead 14 (7), lead 20 (10), and lead 19 (9) from start switch (11).
b.
Remove screw (23), lock washer (24), and lead 17 (25) from circuit breaker (26).
c.
Remove four screws (27), lock washers (28), and outlet receptacle (29) from heater control box (14). Discard lock
washers.
d.
Remove screw (18), lock washer (19), and lead 12B (20) from heater switch (17).
