Secure with two new lock washers (11) and screws (12).NOTEApply sealing compound sparingly to tapered threads of fittings before installation.2. Apply sealing compound to male threads of fuel pump (10), elbow (3), and elbow (2).3. Install adapter (9), elbow (3), and hose (14) on fuel pump (10).4. Install elbow (2) and hose (1) on fuel pump (10).5. Secure hose (14) and hose (1) with new strap (13)6. Install capacitor (8), washer (6), new lock washer (5), and screw (14) on bulkhead.7. Connect circuit 402 lead to fuel pump lead (7).FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS1. Connect both battery negative leads (WP 0292 00).2. Check vehicle compartment heater for proper operation (see your -10).3.
