Place bilge pump (1) and cross strap (2) on hull (3). Secure cross strap to hull with new key washer (4), screw (5), threenew lock washers (6), negative lead (7), and screw (8).5. Bend tabs of key washer (4) to secure screw (5).6. Place end strap (9) on bilge pump (1) and two hull weld nuts (3). Secure strap with two new key washers (10) andscrews (11).0424 00-5
