Install spring (1) and washer (2) in bracket (3) on cargo door (4).2. Install handle latch (5) in bracket (3) on cargo door (4). Secure washer (2) and spring (1) to latch with new cotter pin (6).3. Install two handle lock pins (7) on two control links (8). Secure pins to links with two washers (9) and new cotterpins (10).0402 00-5
