REPLACE NEUTRAL START SWITCH -- Continued

ADJUSTMENT
1.
If engine does not start with range selector lever in N, release start switch.
2.
Loosen two lock nuts (11). Adjust switch mounting plate (4) to position switch assembly (2) correctly. Tighten nuts (11).
3.
If starter is energized when transmission is in any gear, adjustment is needed. Repeat Steps 1 - 3, until engine will start
with range selector lever in N only.
4.
Turn engine off (see your -10).
