INSTALLATION
1.
If battery compartment seal was removed, apply light coat of adhesive to all surfaces. Allow to dry until tacky. Press
new seal (1) firmly in place in battery compartment.
2.
Install battery frame in carrier:
a.
Install channel (1) on battery frame (2). Secure with two cap screws (3) and washers (4). Tighten screws to 20-25
lb-ft (27-34 Nm) torque.
b.
Install battery frame (2) in carrier. Secure with four cap screws (5), washers (6), battery frame mounts (7), and
washers (8). Tighten screws to 10-16 lb-ft (14-22 Nm) torque.
