REMOVAL
NOTE
Remove tubes and hoses with clamps attached. Attach clamps to replacement hoses and tubes.
Right and left sides are the same
1.
Loosen two clamps (1) from vent hose (2). Remove hose (2) from expansion tank tee (3) and tube adapter (4).

Remove tube adapter (4), nut (5), retaining ring (6), and preformed packing (7) from fuel tank. Discard preformed
packing.

Loosen four clamps (8) on hose (9) and hose (10). Remove hose (9) from expansion tank tee (3).
4.
Separate hose (9) and hose (10) from connector (11). Remove nut (12) from connector (11).
5.
Remove screw (13), lock washer (14), and clamp (15) from hull. Discard lock washer.
6.
Loosen two clamps (16). Remove tube (17) from tube (18) and tube (19). Separate tube (19) from hose (10).
7.
Loosen two clamps (20). Remove hose (21) from tube (18). Remove adapter (22) from hose (21).
