INSTALLATION
NOTE
Replacement hoses are cut to length from bulk stock. Remove clamps from hoses and tubes to
be replaced. Attach clamps to new hoses and tubes.
Put sealing compound on male threads. Do not put sealing compound beyond small end of
tapered threads.
1.
Install excess fuel return tube (1) and two pump to air separator tube (2) and air separator tube (3) on air separator (4).

Install nipple (5) on upper tube (1). Connect lower tube (6) to nipple (5).
3.
Install two nipples (7) on upper tube (2) and upper tube (3). Connect lower tube (8) and lower tube (9) to nipples (7).
4.
Install pump to air separator tube (2) and air separator tube (3) to fuel pumps (WP 0151 00).
