REMOVAL
NOTE
Removal of all tubes, hoses and fittings is not usually needed for maintenance. Remove only
those parts needed to do task.
Remove tubes and hoses with clamps attached. Attach clamps to replacement hoses and tubes.
1.
Remove 14 screws (1), lock washers (2), 7 straps (3), and rubber strips (4) from 7 blocks (5) that secure tubes to hull.
Discard lock washers.
NOTE
Use container to catch fuel when tubes, hoses, and fittings are removed.

Remove excess fuel return tube (6) and two pump to air separator tube (7) and air separator tube (8) from air
separator (9).
3.
Disconnect excess fuel return tube (6) and two pump to air separator tube (7) and air separator tube (8) at two nipples
(10) and nipple (11). Remove upper tube (6), upper tube (7), and upper tube (8). Remove two nipples (10) and nipple
(11) from lower tube (12), lower tube (13), and lower tube (14).
