1. Remove red striped pressure transducer and install plug in
secondary fuel filter.
2. Replace fuel filter element (WP 0178 00 or WP 0179 00).
3. Start engine (see your -10).
4. If engine still does not start, check fuel system (WP 0162 00 thru
WP 0175 00).
5. Verify no faults found.
