1. Stop engine (see your -10).
2. Remove ventilating fan drive belt (WP 0227 00).
3. Manually rotate ventilating fan drive shaft pulley (1).
4. Does fan spin freely?

1. Faulty fan.
2. Notify your supervisor.

1. Inspect drive pulley (1), drive pulley (2), and idler pulley (3).
2. Are pulleys secure and operating properly?
YES
NO

1. Replace crankshaft pulley
(WP 0238 00), and/or fan pulley
(WP 0236 00), and/or idler pulley
(WP 0229 00).
2. Verify no faults found.
