INSPECTION-ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION CRITERIA
NOTE
If carrier throws a track or track makes excessive noise, it could be caused by a worn track
drive sprocket.
1.
Position profile gauge on two screws of drive sprocket wheel of noisy or thrown track.
2.
Edge contour of teeth must extend beyond edge of gauge. If edge of tooth falls behind gauge edge at any point, sprocket
must be reversed or replaced. Notify unit maintenance.
